Thursday

Hello Family: Hope everyone is doing good. Amanda Leigh is coming to TEXAS tomorrow. Gramps, Sage, Reagan, and I are so excited. Amanda is flying in because Sage is one of the Homecoming nominees for Homecoming Queen. Gramps and I are bringing Ma to the game. Ma is sure looking forward to seeing her girls.

Gramps
has been real busy with his bundles. He has sold out of red top cane and broom corn. He has got to do more corn bundles, but the pivot is stuck and he is waiting for Jaron to take care of that. His bundling crew from Crosbyton is scheduled to come Saturday. He may get a few hands out of Plainview tomorrow.

Gramps is getting real busy. The CRP at the east plains comes out October 1st. He has got to move some cattle. He has got to sow a lot of wheat, pick watermelons. bale alfalfa, harvest cotton etc. etc. Mato is suppose to pick the pumpkins soon.

Sugar Baby, Sophia plus 4, Sally, Sara Beth, and SB are good. Gramps and David got new pups yesterday. Gramp's is a heeler and David's is rotweiller/pit bull mix. They are happy with their pups.

Pumpkin Day is October 10th. I don't know if we will have a booth or not. We will have to decide this coming week.

We're tired. It has been a trying day.

Mundane Monday

Hello Family: Not much news from here. Gramps took David to the doctor today.

Sage called. Nana picked her up a" black grown-up dress" and she liked it. Sage got Amanda, Gramps, and I tickets to the brisket supper. She is going to see if Aaron will park her car for us at the football field. I talked to Reagan too. The girls are both excited about going to the airport to see their mother on Friday.

Deanna called; she is taking Courtney to the emergency room @ UMC. Court's side is hurting real bad.

I have been face booking. I found Ilene. It has been fun.

Gramps worked very hard on these corn bundles.

BB's thoughts

Hello Family: Summer is over and it's beginning to show signs of fall. We got four tenths of rain this morning.

Gramps took Ma to the doctor at eight this morning. The doctor told Gramps that Ma is going down hill.

Sage called today. we always love to hear from her. She was telling us about the new baby.

Amanda Leigh called today. Gramps and I both had a good chat with her.

Gramps talked to David tonight. They are going to Plano tomorrow to a meet the teacher night at Tyler's school.

Gramps and I ate supper with Ma tonight. We had DQ carry out, off the senior citizen's menu. It costs about ten dollars. Go figure.

We watched the new Sons of Anarchy tonight. Gramps cannot believe that David, Sage, and I like that show.

We take Ma to the bank in Crosbyton and to City Bank in Floydada in the morning. We will also pick up my handicap tag at the courthouse.

Good night, sleep tight, and don't let the bed bugs bite. Love yall.
